V4L's Ego Kit. Couple ?'s..

I've been vaping for a little over a month and have purchased several small batteries, from the shorties to the XL's. I've been contemplating purchasing the Ego 2 kit on their site because continuous charging is stressing me out, but have these questions:

1: I see that there is no where on the site (from what I've seen. Please correct me if wrong.) for replacement batteries. Where can I purchase more from if need be? My concern is going to another company that sells "shady" equipment and batteries.

2: I also do not see anywhere to purchase more of the

These do not look like stacked battery mods, am I correct? To me, it looks just like one battery. I'm looking for a single battery device. Saftey is my number one priority.[/FONT]

ShankUO, I'll try to answer but ultimately V4L would have to answer on the restocking of items. I do know that the vGo kit sold not that long ago didn't have any accessories or supplies (cones, tanks) on the site, and the kit itself went away. It was the 808 threaded battery. It's a nice set (I like mine) but you really have to dig to find any accessories for it. Whether this will be true for the eGo - well, I haven't seen any accessories or extra batteries yet.

V4L's eGo has 510 threading - which means you'll needed 510 cartos for it and that your V4L cartos won't fit it (sorry if I'm being too remedial, just not sure) without an adaptor. They do sell an adaptor ...

Most eGo batteries out there have 510 threading but there are a few with 808 threading that fit your V4L cartos without having to mess with an adaptor. However, I've not seen any cones that match them. I've purchased a couple 808 eGo batteries elsewhere (sorry V4L) as backups for my vGo's since they weren't available from V4L.....

These types of batteries are self-contained single batteries, similar to the regular V4L batteries.

I get many hours out of the vGo/eGo. It's a huge difference from the regular 808 batteries......

Actually Ms. Lisa the current ego kit V4L sells is 808 threaded.

ShankUO sir the biggest difference is battery life, and they do not hold their voltage the way a king diamond/stealth will. Having said that with use of dual coil cartos/tanks you won't notice that as much. They aren't selling just the batts yet, not sure if they plan to or not. Same goes for the mega cartos that come with it. Hope this helps.

Thank you Morandir. So if I'm understanding correctly, the Ego battery does last longer, but will not hold the same voltage as the king Diamond? This translate to me as poorer taste/vape quality of the Ego battery?

On wow and cool cart ShankUO sir, yes. On the dual coil tanks/mega cartos you won't notice it.

Perfect! I plan on using the Ego for only my tanks. I will continue to use my Diamond/Titan XL's for all my carts. My dual coil kills my XL's in 2.5 seconds the way that I vape!
