One round of voting seems a little...tilted. Since it's spread across three six polls and not everyone may read that it's the one with the highest number across all three, they may be inclined to vote for multiple entries, which could skew the result. Someone could like two entries in one poll, but not so much from the others but vote anyway, because they can. That gives everyone three votes, but not the chance to vote for their favorite three necessarily. Obviously, since only one can win, voting on two in the same poll would be daft. It seems reasonable to have a second round of all the poll winners from the initial polls - a sort of single elimination.
OK, I admit, I did it. I voted on all the polls without first reading how the winner would be decided. Maybe it would just be a good idea to ask everyone to only vote once, or explain the winner-choosing system on each poll so that we can vote appropriately.
Or maybe I'm making it much more difficult than it really is. Sorry - I'm taking a few math courses, so all I see is numbers, ratios, and percentages...and pi for some reason...
