please do give me the heads up! wouldn't mind saving the 10 on entry and monies on drinks!

Questions about cart tanks:
Do I need to be topping off the carto daily? I usually put a couple more drops in the cart every day, but shouldnt it be wicking all the way through?

I always do it, even if I have not worked with the promoter. It's a habit I have and it tends to work. When they say I don't see your name, say alright they probably forgot it's no big deal they've been busy and I reach for my wallet saying i'll have em get me a drink. Most door people will not even question it at that point and just let you in. Or atleast thats how its gone for me. I was taught this by a TM a while back haha

Normally its easier to go with an opener, just not the headliner, and it's better to go with their first name and when they ask who then refer to the artists name.

actually you are right, i could pull off comp list on this. i exchanged invites, fliers, and event posts with the promoter and should be comped already. ill have to confirm with him :)

Word, I usually do something like this, but on the flip side get really annoyed when people do it at my shows. the first line on all of my g-lists states: "If your name is not on this list, but should be, you must pay to get in and see Adam (me) for a refund." If they have the audacity (balls) to come see me for a refund they probably were supposed to be on the list and I pay the refund outta pocket.
