I will do that soon, RPAD. What do you suggest I add to Lychee?? I am thinking a kick at the end, like spearmint or koolada... I have found recipes with Lychee with brown sugar and cinnamon, but I cannot imagine it with cinnamon XD

Lychee is a very good sweetener with most fruit flavors

So they say it's your birthday, NA NANA NA NA NA!!!

So far it's nothing special. Dave worked last night, so I bought myself an early birthday grocery store dinner of roast chicken and some key lime cheesecake and fought the cats for both. I managed to oversleep today (best day to do it, I guess), and was late for work but my boss doesn't know how late because he was in a meeting. And my phone is going nuts thanks to all the crazy people I know of Facebook littering my wall with well wishes. I'm am wise for my years and turned notifications off before going to be last night, though

Todays' amazing birthday plans include a rousing 8+ hours of work, coaching a 3 hour derby practice, and then reading ECF before bed. Perhaps I hold off on actual celebrations until the weekend...

Thanks folks! Normally I try to take a vacation day on my birthday, but it just wasn't possible this year. That's OK though, we have a triple header this Saturday so I'll make everyone celebrate my birthday at the after party

Have you ever tried Mangosteen, RPad? If so, do you have any description on its taste? I understand that it is a popular fruit in the phillipines and I have some Mangosteen flavoring that is just waiting to be used!

Call me crazy, but I think both lychee and mangosteen would be great paired with some citrus and coconut. A little sweet, a little tart, and a little creamy....
