I could talk about anything, but someone beat me to the whole eggs benedict thing so I figured quotes were the next best option. ;-)

The 'Daybreakers' get all energetic when they catch up on the thread and we've talked about food all night Otherwise they are screaming for coffee in a zombified state That reminds me... when I get back from my round I need to look up 'Eggs Benedict' I don't even know what that is LOL

INSOMNIA : I work nights and I am older, so melatonin is a staple supplement for me every night =]

TEXAS is great tonight! A nice chill in the air thanks to you magnificent northern states taking another snow storm on the chin! I wish we could get a bit of the white stuff from you, but I only want it between now and August! LOL It'd be a nice change! I used to adore summer, never minded that it was hot. Now I have a few more years, pounds, and ailments added to the mix and I HATE THE HEAT! I'm glad I work nights and don't need to deal with being out in the mess!

It has slowed down tonight, so not so bad now... As far as being harassed, sometimes it's better to take the high road with moody co-workers and just suck it up than to roll around in the mud with them =] In other words, 'twist' 'em

I went on a round and realized that I lost my M3 tip :/ Vaped with it anyway! Tissue vaped! Taping a M3 drip tip in place is a necessity when you hide your PV in your bra! As Uncle would say, 'I'm just sayin....'

I agree with you about the simularities of Eggs Benedict & Egg McMuffin. I love em both. The main difference besides sauce is the yolk is runny on the Benedict.

Hot weather is coming so I am getting prepared for low carb raw veggie platter meals for myself. DIP! I need low carb dip recipes! And 20 carbs for the DAY so don't suggest a 50 carb per 1/2 cup recipe! LOW CARB! LOW CARB! Where is TroyHoot and his wife when you need them!!! I don't know why but I am thinking akaTina is going to have some recipe.... I have a round in a few minutes, but I am going to hunt summer recipes now.

#2 Well the high road is also often the road less traveled. Good for you for being able to practice so much restraint. I usually have to fight my impulse to tell them where they can stick it. My tongue hurts from biting it so much. I have no idea how I've lasted in customer service for so long. I have to remind myself of what my mom used to say to me all the time when I was a kid: Just grin and bear it.

I'll check that out... basted :/ Found one recipe and sounds like poached eggs recipe - using water/broth to basically steam an egg, then another explains how to baste an egg and it sounds like over easy... Me, I just splash oil from the pan on the egg until it is 'blindfolded' not HARD, it is a soft yolk, but my family said blindfolded... I dunno why :/

#3 I rarely eat eggs, and almost never in a restaurant. I have ordered way too many undercooked eggs to feel comfortable. Its all omelets for me at restaurants if I order eggs at all. I don't like food that has the consistency of snot. Not appetizing.

Heh! Your Grandad knew how to do it! OMG! I have NEVER seen baked chicken and dumplings! It looks MAGNIFICENT! Wow! I am going to have to wait for more cold days to make that! That really looks great, Chic!

Heh! True! true! That is pretty nasty I still prefer over easy to omelets... I am not sure why I have never gotten used to omelets... Men want to make them all of the time... and to me they are just, 'blah'. The best omelet I ever had... I do not even know who made it or when... it was just fluffy egg omelet and yellow cheese =] No veggies, nothing special, and no crispy eggs :X
