Every juice and everyone's taste is different.
For me, the juices I use taste best between 4.0 and 4.4v on a 3 ohm carto

#2 at 3 ohms I should be able to push 5 volts on it and instead I can maybe hit 4 before it gets un enjoyable. I am hoping the one you sent me will be better but like I said earlier I have plans for that one

Sounds like a LR carto to me

It's in a mini nova/2.4. I've got another mini coming that has 3 heads, one of which is 2.8. I'm not disappointed, btw, I just thought it was funny. I've been looking at the 3 ohm cart-thingys you have, but they're a bit beyond where I am in the learning curve.

It's really about the wattage when you're experimenting with Variable Voltage.
Once you find the wattage that gives you the temperature of the vape where you want it and doesn't scorch your juice, it get's easier to dial it in and just vary it slightly for each new juice you try. Or at least that's how I found what I liked.

Ohm's Law Calculator

You can use the Ohm's Law calculator to solve for wattage by putting in the resistance and voltage.

#1 Its not a matter of the watts RayN I have a degree in electronics so I know all about it. Its just the carto, I have juices that love the higher voltages except in the carto.. its strange

It's just about finding what works for you. That's what made it easiest for me to figure out. ymmv of course.
One of the things to cnsider when using a carto over an atty though is the filler material. It too can get burnt, doesn't really happen with an atty due to lack of filler material. But since I don't really know what you were using, I'm just spitballing.

#2 yeah its easy to excel in something you like doing

I generally agree - to an extent.

I work in Hospice Care, and I love it.
I'm just having a hard time getting into the study mode for this test coming up.

I know it is important to do well.
I just am not really in the mood.

(I do know some of it is I'm having pain in my chest wall where the breast surgeon messed around with it yesterday. So I'm taking some pain meds and they're making me a bit sleepy. Sleepiness is not helping my study drive, either.)

I think everything tastes different on a carto than an atty. I don't really like the taste in cartos/tanks but I put up with it for the convenience. I prefer dripping on a LR atty, nothing beats that taste and at around 3.7v. One other thing that people scratch their heads over, I cough from the cartos and don't from atty so I think the filler is the defining difference. Just my 2 pennies.

#3 I am using a varicool 6.5 v vv box mod the filler material is completely wet but anything over 4 volts just doesn't taste right
