Got my eVic from Jim at Value Vapor, what a great deal! Less than two weeks later, the control head had a heating issue, discharged the battery and shut down. Freaked out, contacted Jim, got some help in figuring out where the problem was. New head priority mailed out that day. I bought an additional back up head as well. Soon as they arrive, I'll be in vaping Nirvana. Return is postage paid along with my replacement head.
Kudos to Value Vapor for standing behind their customer when there's a problem. I will be ordering from them again... (and again and again!)
