i placed an order for LR atty's from VV cause so many people said the shipping was fast - but my order has been listed as "processing" for over 24hrs. I tried twice to email and "comment" but receive no reply. I'm hoping its a technical issue and that my atty's are on their way - but thought i'd see if anyone else has experienced this. I placed order on morning of 8/18 - i would freely give myself to the postperson if they delivered my atty's today

it says on their website "We ship every day, Monday through Saturday, and orders placed over the weekend go out in the first shipment Monday. Get your order in before around 3pm Central for same-day shipping."

I ordered at 9am on wednesday, and my order is still listed as "processing". When i first posted thread, it had been over 24 hrs, now its over 48. If VV had a statement claiming processing time can last longer than 24hrs, i would agree that i am being impatient and should give them some time. But when a company advertises fast processing/shipping as a reason to shop with them, i expect them to deliver. There is plenty of competition and i chose VV because they claim to have same day shipping.

The fact is, after two emails to VV and a "comment" asking for communication, i have yet to hear anything from them.

all i really want to know is if anyone else has experienced this and feel the criticism is misguided.

Value vapor is probably the fastest shipper I have ever ordered from. Ordered tuesday, arrived today...
Arrived before it could even update...
so, I'd relax...


ok - so you never even got a tracking number? I'm just worried my transaction is in some cyber worm hole or something, and i don't have the funds at the moment to place an order with a different vendor.

finally received my shipment. apparently owner was moving locations but did not notify new orderers or post any information on the website. My order was processed on Saturday, three days after I initiated purchase. No big deal, but would have been nice if owner had notified his customers, especially since they advertise same day shipping.

that's odd - my coworker ordered a shipment the same weekend i received a "shipped" notification and an apology from the owner for delay cause by moving. this would have been a week ago. coworker received his package wednesday. he keeps this up he'll have to take the "same day shipping" statement off of his site. bummer, he has really good prices too..
