Does anyone know if any us companies sell just the 16850 tube for V5 SS Vamo?

Let a friend borrow it and lost the extension tube...

I'm not having a lot of luck finding a stainless extension. Here's a link to a place that seems to have the chrome one in stock. You could always get that one if all else fails and put a J-Wrap on your Vamo so you wouldn't be able to tell at all...lol
