I bought a Vamo 3s control head as a backup, thinking it would be interchangeable with my Vamo V3. The link is here:

$26.32 Vamo 3S Variable Volt/Watt Control Head for Mechanical Mods - OLED screen / stainless steel at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

As you can see from the picture, it's not. I emailed fasttech and they said it can be used with a Nemesis, Astro and King mods, etc, but I can't figure out how they would fit together. The picture below shows the 3s on the left and my Vamo V3 body on the right.

Can someone help me figure this out?

The control heads are basiclly a 'Kick' to be used on a mech mod. Screw it onto your mech mod and suddenly wala a Vamo.
They are not repair parts for your existing vamo. I cant imagine why you wouldn't just pay the extra few bucks, less than 10, for a whole new one. I know I couldn't rationalize it, and I tried. But by the same token I miss the beauty of turning your mech mod into a Vamo.

I would hold onto it, when the V3 head gives out, you can pop the top on both and switch them out... a new V3... my up button was damaged slightly when I replaced it's head (miss guessed exactly where I had the head under the rag in the vice), I've considered ordering one of these as a cheaper fix than replacing the whole unit...

Yeah, well, I'm kinky like that :) :)

It's worth the money for a Nemesis (clone) to see if it works.

I appreciate all the replies, btw. <3

Get a mech mod with no bottom insulator on the switch (such as the chi you clones), then get some grey panny 18650's (with the fully exposed negative) install it in the chi you and tighten it all down (without a tank), due to the design it causes the mech to compete the circuit (if a tank was installed it would autofire) now install the vamo head on the chi and all you have to do is press the Vamo's button to vape.

Otherwise (for example with the Nemmy) youre gonna have hold the button on the mech AND on the Vamo head to get it to vape.
