I originally posted this in the Vamo forum but haven't got any replies yet so I thought I would try my luck here. I have only used a Vision Spinner and fixing to upgrade to a Vamo. I have been using Kanger Horizontal Cartos on that running about 2 to 2.2 ohms.

What would be some good cartos for the Vamo or can I just keep using my Kangers?

Thanks!

I'd suggest 2.5ish ohms as you can have the broadest range of power settings on the VAMO with that while using (1) 18650 or (1) 18350. If you use an LR, with those battery configurations, you'll be limited to maybe 11 Watts max. If you stack 18350's, you can go up to 15 Watts on an LR. Depends on what you want. I usually like to run mine in mini mode (1-18350) as it's more manageable.

You're question should be about power (Watts), not volts. 8 Watts is 8 Watts no matter what Ohm carto you put on it, it's just that you'd be limited due to the battery configurations stated above.

All that said, I use a range of 1.7 to 3.0 Ohm carto's on mine because I'm normally between 7.5 to 9.5 Watts depending on the juice.
