I ordered February 18th, it shipped march 11th and has been stuck at opening since the 12th

Yeah, same here. I just chatted with Karen and she told me that my order was opened by customs. I asked her if it was in transit now, and she told me that it was and to wait a few more days.

I ordered on 2/23, my order shipped 3/2, got accepted on 3/7, and was opened by customs on 3/8. I hope it's almost to the US now.

I'm glad that you got your order so quickly and were satisfied with your experience, but I have to say that I wasn't. I was hoping that my order would end up going smoothly like yours, but unfortunately, it didn't.


I'm not trying to dissuade others from buying from them, but for me, I'm done. My first order has left me with a bad impression, and I can't justify giving them more money to experience the same thing over again, that's all.


They may have good intentions, but their execution could be a lot better, in my opinion. Cheers!

Good for you, I'm not saying you won't get your package and I honestly hope you do and that everything is just fine. I guess what I've been trying to say all along since I've had problems with them is this, it's a small savings until it's not, I learned the hard way. Most vendors we have here at the forum and most US vendors are great guys and gals and will do all they can to make you happy with your purchases, some throw in free goodies sometimes, they make a profit off you,sure they have to to stay in buisness and if you have a problem they take care of you, they take the risk of purchasing from China. Now on the other hand with vaporbreak this chinesse guy Min, he just wants your US dollar and doesn't give a damn about you after he gets it and will blow you off 'till kingdom come if you have a problem, of course this is just my opinion from experience. Sorry, hope you get your items. They will be exposed and I think I will file my claim earlier than expected to make sure I get my hard earned dollars back while I can, if you know what I mean.

no words yet from paypal but yeah they did offer a refund. Told me it would take 1-2 days and its been about 3 days now and i can't get a hold of them. Either they're away or offline when i check.

Hi Monk, sorry to say if they haven't refunded by now they aren't going to. If they were had any intention to refund your money they would have done in 24 hours or less. Hope that paypal comes thru for you. How long has it been since you filed complaint? BTW I never see them online anymore.

Yes, I've been checking all day to see if I can get the tracking # straight on my final order, absolutely my last order. I'm sure if they were online and receiving chat like thanks, great service, fast ship, they would be online all the time. There is a reason they are not online anymore, that I've seen anyway. Complaint after complaint and they just don't want to hear it anymore. They are happy to take your money for sure, when there is a problem they will avoid, pacify, ignore, lie or ask you for a ridiculous request if you have a problem with your device like to make a video and send it to them. I'm done with them like a few others here.

Yes, I've been checking all day to see if I can get the tracking # straight on my final order, absolutely my last order. It's now been 31 days since I placed my order, and 18 days since customs opened it in China. So assuming customs delayed my order 7 days (which is absurd), that leaves me sitting at 11 days since it actually shipped, at the very least. Am I being unreasonable in thinking that it should be here by now, at least to NY?


If it had arrived in NY by now, I'd just shut up and wait, knowing that I'd get it since it reached the US. But I'm growing more and more concerned every day that my order just wont show up, like some of the others here. I said I'd give them another week from 3/24 before I filed a dispute with PayPal, and I'm going to, but this waiting to find out if I actually get anything for my money really sucks.

Well to be honest, I don't know that for a fact. I was told by a few people here, a few pages back, that when you track with a site that uses China Post, such as 17track, and it has a status of "opening" that Chinese customs are opening the package, and to expect a delay of a few to 7 days. I can't say with certainty that that's true, but it makes enough sense to me. I mean, what else could "opening" mean?


Additionally, when I contacted VB two days ago, Karen said that it was opened by customs, before I had mentioned anything like that to her. What likely happened was she just tracked my number, saw it was "opening" and just told me that. Again, just letting you and everyone else know what I know.

Ok that makes sense, I've never had that happen to me so far and have been ordering all sorts of stuff from China for the last 15 years, but I'm sure it does happen. Hopefully their customs will be honest and not just confiscate for their own personal use, I've heard stories about this. I'm really hoping you get your package and everything is good with it when you get it.

hehe, opening simply means that the tracking number has been entered into the system.
those folks at vb dont know ...., they just want your money and will say just about anything to get it.

Haha. Okay, so maybe I didn't think of it that way! :laugh: A status of opening could be argued as actually being opened by customs or something, but I guess here it's just a misconception (and/or bad translation). Sorry about that.

Anyway, so from your information, that means that my package has been in transit this whole time, huh? If that's the case, then I'll have to just wait some more. Go figure. :p

garyd, I've been ordering from China for years too, but I rarely ever have a tracking number. I just wait for it to show up. But the difference is that those other Chinese companies are actually reputable, I guess.


And as a semi-related side note, has anyone noticed that VB removed the Vamo kit from their website? Not a big deal, as most are just buying the body, but I wonder why they did that. Maybe in anticipation of a V3 kit?? :confused:

I just received my order on 3/25. I placed my order on 3/12 and it shipped 3/16. I chose the faster method. Got a couple of Vamos, some clearomizers, batteries, Ego charger cables, and a couple of Ego LCD batteries. Everything works fine too.

After I placed my order I was able to online chat with someone to verify when my order would ship.
