I ordered from them on 1/28, shipped 1/30 (?) but tracking says it left China 2/2...so still waiting. Will let you know when it arrives. I ordered the kit, not knowing I should replace the charger and batteries it comes with.

agin, the kit works great. You should be nicely surprised (I was)no matter what your hearing.

I have the kit for 33$ & the batts & charger work great. I don't know why folks keep saying that. I get as much run time with these kit batts as the the name brand. Over 40 charges & still great. I ordered another. Mine took 9 days. I don't stack them.

Folks keep saying that because manufacturers are notorious for sub-par QC on their products and given the fact that it's batteries that you hold close to your face and a charger to charge them, people are a bit leery about it.

However, that's a bit unfounded since nearly every vendor is stocking Chinese products so the "better" batteries you buy from your local vape store (or online) are probably the exact same batteries and the charger is the same way.

You should monitor your batteries and your charger when you first get them - regardless of where you get them from - to make sure there's no issues. (I won't go so far as to say you should never leave a battery charger charging unattended because that's just absurd, but it would be prudent to make sure there's no burning smell coming from the charger or batteries the first couple of times charging.)

Is there another site I can use?

Try USPS tracking. Worked for me.

if you wanna use 17track, when you go to the page, click the "english" hyperlink at the top right corner. It will change everything into english.

Hmm, I ordered mine on Monday, and have yet to recieve a confirmation email, other than one from paypal saying my payment was accepted. Won't worry too much as yet, but after the weekend, I will be hoping to see one!

Yeah I ordered last night and thought it was odd that I didn't get a confirmation email. I check my order status on the website and it's blank.

Thankfully I ordered through Paypal, so I won't let myself get screwed.

Glad to see I'm not alone. I ordered on Sunday Feb. 15th, and haven't got any type of confirmation, other than my Paypal receipt. After reading some prior messages in this thread...about ordering one day and seeing it sent the next day, was kind of making me nervous.

I ordered the Stainless Steel version, and perhaps they are low or out of stock at the moment, and we're just not being told. I can imagine the flood of orders that have been coming in, and now being backlogged even more because of the New Year holiday break.

Keep posting any news and updates you get, and maybe it will help ease some of the anxious moments, for those of us who are waiting.

I ordered on the 10th but with Chinese New Year's I knew it was going to take a while. They opened back up on the 14th and I got shipping confirmation on the 17th. As of today, it's either still at the Chinese EMS or it's enroute and they're not updating (which is the most likely.)

So I would guess you guys won't have that long of a wait before you get an email.

Communication doesn't seem like the vendor's strong suit.

But I'm assuming they were a part of the giant new year's holiday where no one has to work (I'm kind of jealous!).

If that's the case we could be waiting a very long time indeed.

maybe they are having problem with their system because i got my confirmation email right after i ordered. Confirmation emails are usually automated so that's my guess. The wait for the item to be shipped shouldnt be more than 3-4 days. Most of us who ordered through the holiday break already got our shipping. They are just terrible with updating their system, if i checked my status on my account, it doesn't even show a tracking number even though i was send one through email.

i ordered two black chromes and after chatting with the owner he told me they are out of stock until the 23rd. he said as soon as it comes in and it ships out he will email tracking information to me.

I'm willing to bet that is what is causing most of the delays. Product out of stock, but they continue to take orders. I could be wrong about this, but I thought I read somewhere that when Lin places a new order, he gets his new stock in about 4 days.

Smart business....as long as your supply chain can reliably deliver "just in time". Keeps inventory costs at a minimum, maintain positive cash flow. Just don't have a hiccup somewhere along the way, and have lots of upset customers.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we hear of more orders getting the shipping email notices.

Mine just shipped..!

Regular chrome VAMO.

Tracking number doesn't work yet (of course). But I opted for the slow boat from China because I already have enough APVs that I'm in no rush. This was purely a "Wow, that's so cheap I can't say no" type of thing.

Same here, got a message on their site that my ss vamo was on its way :)

Alright! Glad to hear the SS Vamo's are shipping! I placed my order a day before hesta's, so I hope I get some news about mine.

Hesta, did you just see the notice on the website, and not with a email?

I noticed on the website first, and then got a mail :)

So, if yours gets sent today as well, I guess the race is on to see which side of the pond gets theirs first eh Jigsaw :2cool:
