Vamo owners - oring around 510 pin?

Is there supposed to be a whitish oring around the 510 connection? I let a friend borrow it and found an oring just sitting in there. See pics of the o ring and how my vamo currently sits.

Yes there is an o ring inside the connection

Isolates the battery connection from the body. Just checked mine to verify that it should be there. Should be just "under" the batt connection

Sweet thank you! Everything I hook up to it reads 9.9 so thats gotta be the issue. Going to try and get it replaced as its only a month old..

Saw someone mention you need to take care not to over tighten your tank/clearo/thingy, else that ring will crack.

That's the weird thing its not cracked. It's a solid ring. Last time I buy a cheap mod though.
