vamo shell

i'm having alot of trouble with making my own mod. basically ive tried numerous attempts at evercool vv box mods. either bad components or my own error getting samples from ti (when they finally ship the backordered parts).

so i thought i would just go on and drop some cash on a v3, but to me the swirls are... well they are ugly. and i've read that the v4 vamos (v3.1 on one review i saw, v3a on another) were nothing more than a v3 in a v2 housing... i've got a v3 in the cart from fasttech, but havent ordered yet as i was trying to see if i could find just the shell for a v2 or if i should go on and order one of the ss ones from there as well... money is tight as the kids are just starting school, so i dont want to spend 60$ on 2 mods if i'm going to be taking and essentially gutting one.

Check Madvapes. They may sell tubes. Or keep looking on fasttech and get a cheapie you can use for parts.

Ya, some folks are selling what is being called the vamo 4 or the vamo 2.5 which is the vamo 2 body with the vamo 3 guts. The removable cap of the v3 and availability might be reason enough to just get the v3. Whatever you do, get the stainless model for sure.

As for me, I just ordered an SVD as I don't think my Vamo is going to make it to xmas due to durability issues.
