I got my Vamo V5 in last week, along with the Panasonic NCR18650B Super Max 3.7V 3400mAh from Amazon... WOW! I get just over two days use with these! Between my MVP 2 and Vamo with the two 3400mAh I can go over a week without charging if need be... say, a ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE!
I may buy a couple more battery types, since the one I got is great for a protected mod like the Vamo, I may try out some other mech mods in near future that require the safety of say a sony 30 Amp etc... good to have just in case.
In the meantime, a two pack of the Panasonic NCR18650B 3400mAh gives great performance and longevity. Couldn't be happier with them.

As a Vamo V5 owner, I'd have to give his a +1. not all batteries work in a vamo. I know that from experience.. my Efest batteries don't make contact, so they're for other mods. But if I had to get rid of all batteries and re-pick from scratch, Ccampbell's suggestion of the Panasonic NCR18650B would be at the very top of my list for the Vamo.

Second suggestion, would be to get a Nitecore charger with those batteries. :)
