As Izan pointed out, you apparently have your privacy settings set so that no one is able to PM you. Go to privacy setting and make sure "Start conversations with you" is checked and the drop-down underneath that is set to "members only".

They just recently upgraded the forum and it's possible that isn't working right yet and may not ever work again. Most people have kind of abandoned it and newer members don;t have the option to use it at all.

There is this feedback thread where you can leave feedback for other members, but it's no topen for new replies. I suspect this is a result of the upgrade. I'll let them know about it.
