Yesterday before you two posted I contacted Inawera via their web site and asked them about this as my curiosity got the best of me. Here is their reply from this morning:

The vanilly has cristalised. Warm the bottle in water and do not refrigerate it

Yep, just as cooling can cause ingredients to precipitate as crystals, warming will increase solubility and allow them to redissolve. Everything I learned about chemistry I learned in high school or from NileRed.
