I've been mixing vanillas, on my quest for a good vanilla recipe. I am happy with it so far, but it still needs work. It's a mix of FA Vanilla Tahiti, a creamy/custard vanilla, and Vanillin (10%). It started out closer to equal amounts, but I keep finding it to be too creamy. So here's where it is now:
7% Van Tahiti
2% French Van. - either Capella's or NF (VBIC would probably be a good one here... I'll have to try that myself)
1% Vanillin
1% EM
Still a work in progress, but I'm enjoying it alone or as a mixer.
