(Vanity Alert) eGo Cones for Smoktech Shorty Cartos

I'm thinking of grabbing some of the 19mm Smoktech Shorty Cartomizers for use with a eGo 350mAh Mini, and I'm looking for a cone that will cover up the larger diameter eGo threads, but not extend past the end of the short little cartomizer. Kind of new to this, and I've seen some people complain of various cones not fitting around the cartos they're using, so wanted to get some input before an impulse buy -- anyone have suggestions? Black preferred...
