You can do it Glen!!!

Honestly, once you cut back on your acquisitions (and get used to it), it isn't so bad. We may never fully break even, but you'll probably find that you already have everything you need for months & months of vaping enjoyment (insert eye roll here). I may start selling off some of my collection - I love all of my options, but honestly... I don't need 30+ drip tips, 20+ tanks, or 15+ vaping devices (even if Iron Monkey does use a Grand, a twist & an ego T).... I've managed to acquire enough juice for more than a year (my vaping has calmed back down to about 10ml/day), plus a boat load of DIY...

Anyway, my point is that if you choose to budget in order to obtain a clean tank, you might find it easier to set & maintain a lower vaping budget, and reassess your need for all the gear you've acquired :)

(Hey, eventually this might actually turn into a 12 step group to stop the acquisition frenzy AND support those who are still buying lol)

Just got back from Heather's. They're really delightful people. Heather could make a living as a motivational speaker! She allayed Mom's fears (she's having a lot of trouble breathing atm and was ready to give up). Apparently, Heather has severe asthma and chronic bronchitis, and hearing her talk, probably had more breathing problems than Mom. She told her that yes, things are going to get worse before they get better, but they will get better. In fact, she even convinced my sister to get on the bandwagon! I'm charging 4 twists even as we speak, and none of them are for me! :D
Also, I don't know if you're aware of this, Luv, but his Stardusts are a proprietary device and he swears they out-perform the standard SDs. I've got one I''m planning on trying out as soon as my new juices are done quick-steeping. He's also coming out with a proprietary Vivi that I can't wait to try!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So good to know our money goes to such good people...cuz a lot of my money goes her way lately!!!

Oh no way...I'm not even going there...I've got that well beat on equipment alone....I don't even want to think about juice...well OK just a thought, at last count I had around 100 bottles, all different sizes from 3ml to 50ml some were free samples most were purchased...you can do the math on that...

Edited to add: But its all worth it not smoking stinkies anymore!!! whaaahooo!!! I think I'm just about at month 6 (my last TC was mid-Feb 2012)!!!

Oh.... all the juice I had to sell/give away/say goodbye to when I was forced to go nic free still makes me sad when I think about it :( (yet I've managed to reacquire nearly as much. Issues.)

Yay on the goodbye to stinkies!!!! I'm at almost 10 months stinky free, but 7months of vaping - it kept me from going back to stinkies - if I ever add up my savings, I'm counting those extra 3 months in my total!

Hey Cheeky..did you get your batteries from the Co-Op yet?? Did you like 'em?? Another friend of mine said that he wasn't TOTALLY happy but they work. I'm just curious.

I did get my batteries & they work beautifully, but I think I know what your friend is referring to.

Parrothead (HHV): I have a fascination with key lime. This flavor is not Key Lime Pie, instead, it is more like a Key Limeaide. It has a slight sour to it, but is balanced out by a slight sweetness. I kind of think it tastes like the green and yellow fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA. (I'm was one of those strange kids that would sort my colors of cereal while they floated in the milk and eat them separately.) It is a refreshing flavor, but I don't know that it is one that I would order again in the future.

You must try Mystic Mandalime from Alice....yummmy! It's a mandarin orange/lime mix but yuuummyy lime nonetheless....I think its worth adding into a sample pack to give it a shot!

You deserve to!!! :D

And I will get to the PO soon.....I just gotta go twice, once to get the box and once to pack it. I gotta get one of those boxes where if it fits it ships 'cause it's gunna be a heavy box...if you haven't guessed yet I'm a procrastinator.... and I think about it every night because the books are still on my night stand :( I suck, its OK you can say it....

Which reminds me, I have to pull out the B&W cookie and the other one I put away to steep...see if I like 'em better now. I think I'm going to order the biggest bottle of CupCake City they have because it's superb on its own and it mixes fabulously with just about anything!!

Wait... Umm... You're encouraging me to spend LESS money on vape gear?!?! * gazes around the room with a confused look * Which thread am I in again??

Seriously though, it's not about the funds being short (I'm extremely fortunate to have a good paying job and few responsibilities). I think it really is about finally finding stuff that really works for me. The 3ohm single coil cartos in glass tanks on Precious, the 1.7ohm resurrectors in the wood tank on Woody, the twists with SR T2s, and my other eGo batteries with LR T2s and CE3s. This stuff just works and works well day in and day out. Now I can relax a bit, sit back and enjoy, and just do the restock thing with the occasional purchase of something shiny and new like the clean tank.

Don't get me wrong... I'm still going to pursue my collections of glass tanks, Cherry Vape drip tips (I seem to really like them), and new e-juice flavors. I'm just feeling much more sated as of late, so it's turning from less of an obsession and into more of a leisure activity.

Besides, I can always live vicariously through the rest of y'all! :D

You guys make me laugh!! It does seem like the GAS has slowed a bit for us,,,, well, except for Reidus, maybe :D I think the only gear I'll be buying in the near future might be a couple more Twists.. perhaps a pink one. And I had a little extra cash this week so placed a couple orders with HHV, another small order from Mr E, cuz the Sexy Beach and Mango Melba were pretty darn fantastic. And AltCig is having a 25% off sale on juice (code is 4DaySale and it's good through tonight, I think). Their Vanilla Love is the best vanilla I've found, so got a big bottle of that and a couple smaller ones to try. I haven't tried Alice yet, but it's on my list!

I vaped through a good 3mls of HHV Parrothead last night at work.. some serious yum there! Lightly tart, slightly sweet lime with a creamy undertone that's simply fabulous. And did I mention Dragon's Fire??? Gandalf with honey. These guys have totally changed my mind about tobacco flavors. I'll be trying all of them.

Last trip to the vet today,, I hope! The one that had the UTI has to have her shots now that the infection seems to be cleared up. Cripes, over $200 to the vet this month.. darn cats!!
Vape happy guys, it's Friday!!!!

Hey, don't look at me! I'm pretty much satisfied with what I've got as well! I love my big boys (Buzz and my Lavatube, which I haven't come up with a name fore) and my twists and my woodys. I've got tanks and clearo's for all of them. I've even got my trippy tip addiction under control for now anyway. Freddy's started doing some custom work, like this:
View attachment 126659
Once he's got those up and running, all bets are off!
I've even found a replacement for my Boges, which I've been unhappy with lately. CCV has resurecctors the same size as the Boges. I've order 15 of those, so I should be done there as well.
Anyway, hope y'all are having a great AM!

True to that! Oh and let me know how that B&W goes for ya now that it has steeped.

Oh my!!!! I could vape and feel like a fairy princess at the same time! I want....oh I want.

I'm actually following in suit with everyone slowing down. I think as of this week, the only purchases I should need to make will be primary juices that I absolutely can't run out of. (And the fairy princess drip tip....oh I want....).

Like I said, Chrissy, that's a custom order for a friend of his. I'll let y'all know when he starts selling them.

Glen, here's a sale of 2 clear tanks, if you're interested:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/sale-trade/324506-us-fs-clean-tanks-parva-duo.html

A little Cheeky-bird told me about that sale on the clean tanks as well, but I'm going to hold off for now. I only want the 1 piece tank, and I don't have access to the classifieds, so I'm fine with waiting. But, thanks for the heads up in any case! :D

You know you can get verified, right? That said, I applaud your restraint, lol.

Yup. But I'm not keen on giving PayPal direct access to my bank account to get the verification. Also, I'm probably better off not having access to the classifieds, if ya know what I mean. :D
