I went for the Friday event. Some vendors where missing, but there were plenty there.
I got a ton of juice, a 454 big block clone, and about $150 in juice, plus some samples.
It defiantly wasn't in the "good part" of town, but I'm sure it could have been worse.
I found some new juices I like, which is always good! Prices weren't the best, though some were knocking off a few bucks for sales done at the show.
The building was like a flea market building, and I think I saw a sign for a gun show, which must be their usual clientele. I liked the venue for vape blast 1 a bit better... Cleaner facility, a dedicated area for the announcer to do raffles and cloud comps. This time they had a stage, but it was surrounded by booths, and you couldn't talk to the vendors while the guy was talking on the mic because you couldn't hear each other...
I had a good time. Wish I could go tomorrow morning, but have other plans. Guess I'll just have to wait for Houston's event!
I like the trend of vendors carrying higher pg juices in 3mg nic. I'm not a "cloud chaser" per se. I prefer flavor, but some clouds are fun. I usually build my dual coil drippers at .8, but I've tried some .3-.5 just to see what all the fuss was about. I also enjoy lower nic as I'm tapering back.
Anyway, it is defiantly worth checking out if you are able to be in the San Antonio area this weekend. It's a great place to try a ton of juices from a ton of vendors, even if you are new to vaping!
