That's actually very common in the "alternative" vape world. They call everything, even boxy mods, a "pen", especially in the "oil" vape sphere. Which doesn't surprise me because if you spend a day or so on their forums you will find out that the vast majority of these types of vapers are not into anything but filling the "cartridge" and vaping - technicalities are "not important" to them. They are all "pens" lol
