I found this site thanks to someone in live chat asking about a product.
I saw their prices and was amazed. I was looking for something cheap in the way of an ego so I could stop using my 510s and be happier with my experiences. I ordered one of the 5 click VV eGo batteries and one of their Katana Starter Kits.
I received my VV eGo and My Katana kit. I put them both on their respective chargers and they both charged.
When they finished charging the ego worked great, but the VV would not work at all.
This led to me thinking I got burned, got a DOA device.
I emailed Dojo and within a couple hours I got an email back that they had a replacement in the mail already with a tracking number. I was impressed by this level of customer service.
As it turns out the second VV battery was also faulty, but this is all because of a manufacturer flaw in them, I suppose it is to be expected with a battery that cheap, but in the end vape Dojo made it all right.
The products are the same products we see everywhere, but the folks at Dojo made me happy with their level of service, speed in shipping and GREAT prices.
