Vape Forward?

Good Evening Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any information concerning the company vape Forward. I placed an order with them a week ago, they charged my card for the order but i have had no contact from them and have had zero responses from the couple of emails i had sent them throughout the week. I know they make good products since i already own two, but i am started to get concerned that they just took my money and ran. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I just bought one of their Vaporflask Lites but I did not buy from them direct. Even though they are a US company their stuff is made AND shipped from China. I ordered from a US supplier that had stock here in the US. From what I understand the whole company is 4 guys but they are based here so I doubt they ran. It is probably just taking a long time to ship from China.

If it is something that has to do with anything in/from China, you're gonna gave to wait for their Spring Festival/Chinese New Year is over which is gonna be around mid-February.

I can say NOTHING but good about Vape Forward!! I have a VF SX that experienced a major short after 5 1/2 months (just before the 6 month warranty expired). I called them and they emailed me a prepaid shipping label the same day to send in unit for examination. I sent in my unit and, the following week, I got a call from Charlie (the Pres) himself. He said that results were inconclusive, but offered to send me a new one. When they did not have my color on-hand, they made one custom just for the asking. It was the BEST customer service that I've ever seen.
I would suggest that you call them if you are getting no traction via email......
