Longhorn Restaurant in Humble, TX. I did ask and I was sitting at the bar. The bartender was more ackward that I asked her permission first. She said that she was fine as long as no one complained. My feeling is that there are no laws or rules that state specificly that I cannot vape...so, really, if I ask first, it is just me being polite.
