Hi. I have a new aspire breeze and I have mighty vapors frozen hulk tears 50mg salt nic juice. But whenever I take a hit off my breeze I get this unbearable burning from my throat to my chest. I have been trying to figure out why this is. I have been researching and I thought it was because i had to much PG in my juice but I couldn't find any juices with any less pg . But now I think that it may be that I'm using a sub ohm coil but I need confirmation. Can somebody please help me with this situation.
Thank you.

Is the juice new to you when it started? And 70 vg is about the highest you want to go with pod systems and that might be too thick depending on how fast you vape. If your getting a horrible taste it's probably a burnt coil. And I'm not sure if high nicotine will give you that burn, I've never used 50mg, maybe someone else can chime in.

Burning throat and lungs sounds like too much nicotine to me.
I would agree with this. Also, not ALL salts are low throat hit.

Depending on how they are formulated, some have more throat hit than others. Several vendors that sell 100mg salts for DIY have both 'hit' and smooth formulations.

Throat hit with a given juice can also vary depending on the device, wattage, etc.

I realize this is a pod device your using, but what is your experience level with vaping? Did you just start off with 50mg juice without trying something lower? I started with 24mg back in the day with a Kanger EVOD (pretty low vapor output, MLT), and that was more harsh than my current use of 3mg in a DTL atty.

It's either the sub0hm coil delivering WAY too much vapor for 50 mg/ml nic salts. A slightly less likely scenario is it's a PG sensitivity. But if you are using the sub0hm coil that came pre installed it's definitely too much nic for ONE. Whether it's both issues remains to be seen.

What sort of "burning" sensation is it, is it a more "I feel scalded" sensation, or more like tingly pins and needles. If it's the latter, well that's what I experienced with a PG sensitivity.

Either way, try using less nic and/or the other coil (and you may still EVEN want a lower nic content, to be brutally honest. I showed up here vaping 12 mg/ml juice on an (admittedly even lower ohm coil) and I was definitely nic overloaded (as a 3 ppd smoker).

Switching to a much weaker delivery system solved my issues, although in all fairness, nic salts are typically less of a throat hit, so you are definitely WAY overloaded, or using more "throat hit" nic salts, but I kind of suspect the former.

Most ULTRA high nic salts are used in pretty weak delivery systems and the Breeze isn't not with the 0.6 coil.

Good luck,

Anna

unbearable burning from my throat to my chest.
Welcome and glad you joined.
Might be a reaction to PG. Could go to a Brick and Mortar Vape shop in your area and ask to sample some flavors with VG only and see if the burning goes away.
Might like to read:

I’m sure you have just bought the breeze so I wouldn’t think the coil is burnt (although I’ve seen it happen before). It’s probably the amount of nicotine in it that’s bothering you ESPECIALLY if you’re a new comer to 50mg. I’ve Juuled, breezed, sourined, infinixed, well pretty much everything that takes 50mg. I’ve even hit an RDA for fun several times with 50mg.
It’s more than likely you aren’t used to the strength of it. Hope I helped fix your problem!
