Can you tell us what ohm it is, what wattage you are running it at, and what blend of juice (PG/VG ratio) you are using? All of these work together.

it's flooded.
leave it upside down for 5 min and check if a few drops come out the drip tip

I did that already it still sucks, I have been using rda's since I quit smoking and dipping.. I bought this tank because I can't drip and drive and so far I'm very dissapointee

Oh; well it's hard to move from an rda to a tank I would think.

You might be interested in a bottom feeder.

Is this happening with OCC coils or are you using the RBA section. If the latter, you may not have wicked it sufficiently.

one is rated for 12-25watts
the other one rated for 15-30 watts

Between 20 and 35 watts depending on the voltage of the battery's. You really should know this.

How fresh are your batteries? As batteries get older, they tend not to put out as much power on an unregulated device. They will also reduce output as they are drained. The reduced output may not be supplying power sufficient to keep the heads from flooding.

They are efest imr's 18650s

For the love of god please learn ohms law, or at least use an online calculator.
BTW, if your going from an rda to a subtank don't expect nearly the same the vapor.

How old are they and how much have they been used? As I said, older batteries may not hold their charge as well and may not be outputting enough power on your unregulated mod to keep the heads from flooding.
