Vape mail on a Sunday!?!?

I ordered a few things from different vendors when all the Black Friday sales started on Thanksgiving night. Today I heard someone on the porch and looked out to see the mailman putting a package in the box. I had to check the calendar to be sure it was Sunday! But sure enough, there was one of my vape mail packages (when I checked the tracker early this morning it was showing a Monday delivery date)

Anyway, just thought it was weird (yet AWESOME) that they delivered it today. I had heard the commercials that they now deliver packages on Sunday, but I had assumed that involved extra $$ for shipping. Apparently not!

I ordered a book from Amazon for a friend, it showed as Delivered last Saturday on USPS tracking, but actually arrived on Sunday ...

Is this just for the holiday season, or all the time ?

we had it last year about this time ..for Amazon. Our postlady joked that she worked for Amazon & eBay on Sundays.

USPS has delivery on Sundays until 12-25, in order to beat out competition.
