I've been told I was smoking antifreeze and all the usual stuff. But somebody got me today with one that might actually be true.

I was driving along having a puff or two. My passenger said, what happens if you get in a wreck while you're doing that? The air bag would drive that thing into your brain at 600 mph.

Have to admit I've worried a few times about hitting a pothole and having the mouthpiece knock out one of my teeth. Never thought about the air bag though.

I am a little concerned with possibly getting a sigelei with 2 18650 batteries upside my head but in that scenario. I may have some bigger concerns like the 3000+ pounds of metal that just smashed into me. But yeah I have certainly thought about it. A simple solution is not to vape and drive or I could keep it in my center console

I used to smoke a pipe while riding a motorcycle - the big problem was high airflow assisted combustion, I ended up smoking as much pipe bowl as tobacco!

You are not alone in this concern and as was mentioned anything in front of you is bad if the airbag deploys. I will not stop vaping and driving but generally have it off to the side. For now, I am comfortable with that level of risk.

I tend to do the same, either tilt my head down a little or off to one side. Having been hit by an airbag before they cause enough damage on their own (still wear the scar) without having something in front of it.

I can only speak from experience as when I lost traction in the car earlier this year my e cig didn't come into play. I was lucky at the time to be using an aspire ce-5s on a pass through into a usb plug in the car. Instincts kicked in and I took control of the wheel and the e cig was left hanging. I couldn't have my rba and vamo in my mouth while driving now in any case, but I'm fairly sure it would be dropped instinctively. For those still using the ego styles I'd recommend getting a pass through for the car in any case!
