Hello everyone here are the things in vaping news your may have missed!

One of the biggest headlines I saw Today was about the first “Vaping Related Death. it’s been a topic of discussion amongst a lot of the comment sections that I have been through that this was only a matter of time. It’s not a war against vaping until they can blame a death on it. The refusal to acknowledge that the problem is the black-market THC carts is only going to get worse.

Here are just a few of the news sites putting this situation out there. They are taking full advantage of the fact that people will see the headline and run with it, rather than research these situations and find the actual culprit.

'First vape death in the US' recorded in Illinois

An Illinois resident just died after a mysterious vaping-related illness. It could be the first death linked to vaping in the US

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY, NEW YORK: Flavored e-liquid ban temporarily tabled Wednesday by the Cattaraugus County Legislature’s Human Services Committee. “We feel it is better to wait…State Legislature is expected to address the issue in the spring.

EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO: County awaits survey results to deny adults 18-20 who smoke access to far safer products, increase cost for all vapers with 40¢ per mL “sin” tax designed to discourage switching to vaping.

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: County lawmakers bow to ANTZ pressure, propose ordinance to ban the non-tobacco flavor vapor products shown to help adults quit smoking and stay quit, leaving most popular unflavored cigarettes freely sold everywhere.

CARBONDALE, COLORADO: City lawmakers bow to ANTZ pressure, propose ordinance to ban the non-tobacco flavor vapor products shown to help adults quit smoking and stay quit, leaving most popular unflavored cigarettes freely sold everywhere.

This article comparing those against tobacco research to a religion was rather interesting.

IN THE NEWS: Why is it that Colorado, with “the highest prevalence of teen vaping in the entire country,” has had only 1 confirmed hospitalization? Maybe because legal THC products are safer there, even those purchased by teens on the black market?

First case of severe lung illness related to vaping confirmed in Colorado, 3 more suspected

Have a fantastic weekend everyone!
