Vape placid e-liquid (DIY)

Hi, I've been trying to buy some of this but they are always out. Does anyone have a close recipe for it,or have a mild menthol recipe to share? I get it from KickBass Vapor.

This is the best I've had. Definitely menthol and not mint.
