My last gallon arrived and it's all going in glass over the next two weeks. I have oh, about 17 liters, but I am young. Plus one I just opened in the fridge and the nic base I make usually lasts me a LONG time, like months, many more than I imagine.
As far as the FDA, it should be interesting. I am glad/not so glad they are around. Yes, the do produce SOME good, but they are chronically underfunded and understaffed.
Medication trials last TWELVE WEEKS. There are NO long term studies, people and their docs just have to report long term side effects (including death) if they feel like it. There are PLENTY of meds yanked off the market.
I use generics whenever possible. They DO have long term safety data even with the plus or minus 20% I figure I am safer, and I use pharmacies who will consistently supply me with the same generic.
To be fair, all new meds have to start SOMEWHERE, but like 12 weeks just kind of tells you you probably won't die INSTANTLY. I am glad they have a tracking system but a LOT of folks have to die for a med to get yanked. Being one of those folks (or injured by a med) is not so great.
The FDA has a long way to go and unless like, someone has allocated WAY more budget into what they have available (this may be the case IDK) I am not sure quite how this thing is going to work.
I have never heard of "retroactive seizure" unless it was like, terrible food or something. I doubt very highly that will be the case for nic purchased and frozen long before the regs went into effect. I don't think they can or will HAVE the resources to do that.
The number of vapers paranoid and willing enough to do this.... My stash wasn't cheap and I had to obtain it relatively quickly. It's a very small percentage. I just ALSO know what oxygen tanks cost and given I was risk for one VERY young and vaping saved me from that... I'm not sure I can be paranoid ENOUGH. Etc.
