I'd give a second to ITC Vapes and mount baker Vapor... I'm increasingly ordering from these two sites almost exclusively over the past few months. Both sites prices are comparable and, to my taste, have some great juices. I tend to vape mostly fruit flavors and have a good selection of these from each site

Heartlandvapes has hands down the best prices. For what most vendors sell a small sample of flavoring, with Heartlandvapes you get a four ounce bottle. There nic is very inexpensive and extremely high in quality. My diy cost for 30 ml is well under 2$- all the other vendors mentioned here do not even come close. Compare 50 cents a ml from them to 5-10 cents from heartland vapes, you get about ten times as much. There smallest size is 4 ounces for flavoring, but for a couple bucks more I'd rather get a huge bottle than a sample
