I saw prices of vape stands and cringed so I got a 2x4 piece and stained it. The 1' 2x4 was $2 and the stain was in my garage. I think, originally, I paid $7-$8 for the stain. I used maybe 1/8" of the stain so that was probably 30 cents worth. Oh, I used some 600 grit sandpaper. Less than one sheet since it is still good to use again. I guess my total was less than $3.

It is pretty simple. I just wanted to hold toppers and the juice that was in them. Simple, but it works.

Is the bottom one 2 x 2"x4"? Or a 2"x6" with a 2'x4" on top?

I had a double row of 8 holes, bottles behind the toppers. But, only some holes, in the back row, would hold a 30ml bottle and the others a 10ml bottle. Well, I ran out of appropriate holes. So, I got a piece of 2"x4" red wood yesterday. It is 24" long. I did calculations and it will have 6x 30ml and 9x 15ml. I figured to put some less used toppers in storage or to pass on. Yes, my original did not do well with 15ml bottles, so now, 10ml\and ml will fit into the same holes.

Also, I am going to make them deeper. They are currently at about 1/2" and I am going to go with 3/4". I will keep the 510 "well" at 3/16".

Anyway, 1st to drill and then sand to include rounding the edges. Then stain.

I am not to worried about spots for MODs. I tend to only use two at a time. But, since I change toppers quite a bit, it should help me keep track of what bottle goes with what topper.

Let me know about the 2x4 on top of the 2x6. I haven't started yet.
