Vape tastes bad, help!

Hello everyone, I got myself a super tank mini, and was vaping with it's 0.2 ohm occ, till it turned colour and I decided to change to a new one which was in the package itself. So I took out the new 0.5ohm from the pack, and cleaned up the tank and fixed it.
I primed it, and let it sit for a while. I used the same juice, of 50 pg and 50 vg. The first day was fine and didn't use it much too. But the second day after few puff it started to taste bad.
Initially thought I fixed it wrongly or something. Took everything apart and fixed it again, and the occ looked really good. Few puffs and boom, bad taste again. I can barely taste the flavour. I used 30-40 watts which was what I vaping with the .2 ohm as well.
Can someone help me to figure out what's wrong?
Do I have a bad occ? Or there's something else I should be aware of? Thanks.

Tastes bad? Burnt coil? Not enough flavour, boost the wattage. What do you mean by bad What is the coil how tight is the draw? Guessing its a Smok TFV8 baby, some are just bad, I mean real bad!

Nah, it's tobeco super tank mini. The occ is brand new. It uses occ, so I don't need to coil it. Bad in terms it taste kinda burnt.

I'm not familiar with that set up, but it's possible it's just a bad coil. Every once in a while, you just get a bad coil right out of the package. It's happened to most of us, I'm sure. Try another coil and see if that fixes the problem.

I'm not familiar with that set up, but it's possible it's just a bad coil. Every once in a while, you just get a bad coil right out of the package. It's happened to most of us, I'm sure. Try another coil and see if that fixes the problem.

Yes my friend, you have many coil options with that fine tank. Stock coils may not provide the best experience.

Personally I stick with the 70vg/30pg mix.Sometimes flavors are not what they seem to be.Start low with your wattage & air flow.Continue going high until you reach your sweet spot the dial in.Last resort,coil change!!!

It's possible it's a wattage issue, I mean you raised your resistance a fair amount some juices just shine at a particular wattage, or you may be expecting your coil to handle what it can't, although Izan is correct you are probably going to get better flavor and longevity by switching to that manufacturer. So, there may not be much to "figure out" once you change coils entirely. Good luck,

Try raising your wattage. I found some juices taste better outside the recommended range of the coil.

If the coil tastes burnt, either the wattage is too high or the juice is too thick.

I have several Tobeco Super Tank Minis - the only tank I have kept in my vapocalypse stash after trying many - and never had a problem using either Tobeco, Aspire, or cCell coils.
