Vape Team - Vape Wheel (Rant)

So here is my rant...

Last week I was one of the callers that got through to be on vape wheel..
I guess I won something but they were not sure what it was since the vendor was
shipping winning package out to them.. So I sent out my information through email
as I was advised and never got a reply from them.. So I tried 2 more emails one which
was sent through their contact page on their site and still nothing.. I'm quite disappointed
as I was looking forward to getting something cool in the mail.. But the most disappointing
thing was that they never replied to let me know what was happening or that they have
received my response.

Has anyone on here ever have same issue?

Now I know this was something that was free and maybe I should not ..... about it.. but
at least a simple email back would be appreciated.. blah

After the JBox fiasco I would think the Vape Team would want to stay squeaky clean when it comes to venders they associate with. Have you tried contacting one of the Vape Team members?

well.. I just sent them a shout-out to come in and respond for you. I'ts the weekend, so not sure how fast they will respond. Dimitri usually answers back within a reasonable amount of time though.

I wouldn't worry too much about it PiOTREC, they are all stand up people and they'll get you something.
They are probably just swamped with things they are doing both in real life and for the show.
These people are really deep in the whole vaping culture and they are constantly shooting reviews and things.
Just keep sending them e-mails and they will surely get back to you.
Try adding them individually on YT to send them a comment/message as well. They might just be busy/missing u.

I am assuming your name is Peter.
You sent your address to the wrong email. Instead of info@vapeteam.com you sent it to info@vapersplace.com
Even though you were incorrect in contacting the proper way to receive your prize that i have to pay to ship to you with my own money, once i received the prize pack from AvidVaper (drip tip special), I did ship it out even though you had made an error, Thursday with this weeks winners.
Your address was forwarded kindly to me by Kevin, owner of VapersPlace so please once you receive your prize along with praise to the vendor and the Vapeteam also please thank him for assisting you.

Sorry for the email address confusion... I wanted to ask what domain do you actually use then? Because when I go to vapeteam.com it takes me to vaperspalace.com so i hope you can see where my mistake was made. Also like I stated in my original post its not about the prize as much as about the reply. If you knew that I made a mistake of sending email message to the wrong person then maybe a message of 'you messed up on the email addresses but got it' would have been great. Then again maybe I'm asking for too much..

If i do not have your email i cannot reply to you.
The other person that won a prize again that I didn't know what it was going to be (CherryVape) emailed me and I replied to him letting him know what it is and that I shipped it off.
A simple correct email to me would have saved your confusion, and this entire thread.
One last thing, one of the reasons I chose to pay out of my pocket to mail the prizes is the fact that I want to ensure the winners receive them in a timely manner. Vendors sometimes get busy, emails get lost etc so I took it upon myself to ship them out.
I have been running the show for over a year and I have never had any issues with giveaways.
Anyway hope this clarifies things for you, take care.
