Vapemail Bonus Received

I've been following tracking anxiously awaiting a vapemail delivery and it finally arrived this afternoon. Nothing exciting really, just badly needed coils. BUT tucked inside the packing slip I found a bonus. Or rather three of them. A Pokemon card (Weedle), a Dino card (euparkeria), and a Growing Pains Trivia Card. I like this company. Think I'll order from them again!

That little bonus sounds familiar. Was the vendor Vaping Me? If it is, I order from them quite a bit. Good prices and customer support, too.

I was just having a pretty ordinary email conversation with Dave at MadVapes yesterday, regarding when the ARO pyrexes might be back in stock, since I want to try some of the tank-crackers, including Green Apple and Clove; he sent back that he hadn't heard of the Green Apple causing any tank problems, and then he asked what nic level I vape at; I sent back "6mg" then I went to pick up my husband at work -- and when I got back, in my email I found that he had sent me, for free, 2 10mL 6mg samples, Green Apple and Clove. That just blew me away! I will DEFINITELY be giving them more business, over and above the ARO pyrexes I plan to buy. What a truly nice thing to do!

Yes, it was! While I image some people look at the cards and think…WTH???...I thought it was cute and shows that someone there has a sense of humor. Similar to the little cartoon that used to be in the bubble gum wrapper.

And yes, they have good prices and shipped quickly.

If you go on Facebook, look for the company there and "like" them. They sometimes have discounts and such.

Vaping Me was the first online vendor I ordered from, and my starter kit somehow arrived in the EU version, instead of US. The right kit, except the charger was Euro and of course would not fit my plug. There were tiny letters on the outside of the box, EU or US, and I can see how the mistake easily happened. I emailed, and the owner was so apologetic, said I did not have to send the EU charger back, and sent me the US charger overnight. I really appreciate that kind of customer support, and always check there first when I need to order anything.

P.S. Since I have the EU charger, I'm telling my hubby he needs to take me to Europe so I can use it.:D

I ordered from a company recently that shorted me on one of my items. After a few emails back and forth I suggested that I would place another order (which came to $60) and if they covered the shipping we would be even. That's exactly what happened. And nothing more. Although I can't complain it would have been nice had they thrown in a small juice sample or something with my second order just to make nice. It's just good business practice and I won't be in a hurry to order from that particular company again. I'm certainly not hard to please when all it takes is a Pokemon card makes my day.

Great story. Good customer service is essential to survive this market and I'll repeat order from any company that goes the extra mile to please.

That is the TRUTH -- and conversely, I won't ever order again from a company that wouldn't even reply to my questions in FB messages. maybe it *was* the weekend, but isn't "24/7" the whole point of having a Facebook page? They wouldn't need to go into the office... just use their sillyass smartphone.

My first order online was also with Vaping Me, and I thought the card thing was cute. The order went really well, and I wrote a thumbs up review on them. Great vendor!
