Vapemail Club just started accepting early members

This is a monthly package subscription that looks very interesting. Top level gets you 3 different juices and 3 devices every month! I have high hopes for this club, I hope you'll at least take a look and see if it interests you. Currently in the US only but planning to do UK and Canada also.

This is an awful company to do business with! Poor communication if at all, several mistakes made, lack of taking responsibility, non-existent customer service and all to wait 40 days after paying close to $100 to compare them to Vapebox, and other juice and or hardware subscription companies and still NO "vapemail"! Approximently 4 or 5 patient emails later I did receive a phone number to call, AFTER requesting them to call and broaching the subject of "charge backs".....

I seriously doubt that ANYTHING can be delivered to make up for all they've put an "early" customer through! Vapebox wasn't perfect but they keep their customers informed, take responsibility, seem to know how to communicate and the stuff was decent for the price and I didn't way HALF as long!

A lot of these new vaping related product start ups and businesses are OUT OF CONTROL! They seem to have NO IDEA how to run a business, or what are acceptable business practices, care very little or none for the customer, or the vaping community at large! I admit, I was foolish, got too greedy I guess, after getting a taste of the novelty of regular "vapemail", but in the end, I PAID, I sat back and waited for over a month before contacting them at all, I deserved to be treated better than I have been, to have received what I was told they could and would provide, for them to have taken at least SOME of the responsibility and tried at all let alone harder to resolve the situation!

Good luck to anyone who chooses to do business with them, for now, I'll stick to Vapebox and whatever "vapemail" I get on my own!

Yep. They have serious issues. I posted this here when they first started. I had high hopes for them and so far they have failed on every level. They shouldn't have started this until they had at least their suppliers set up. There have been severe delays on everything. I really thought this was going to be a good club but so far...not so much.
I'm still waiting for them to ship my June box that was supposed to ship at the first of the month.
I still haven't decided to cancel yet, hoping to see what is in my box first. First month was mostly Space Jam juice and 2 crappy RDA clones. I downgraded to just premium juice for the second month and am still waiting for it. I'm sorry to anyone who joined this and can only offer my apology for your grief.

I just signed up with them 2 weeks ago. Their CS has been pretty responsive so far. I have always talked to a live person when I called, they always emailed me back pretty fast. Well see what I get in my first box. I signed up for the $60 box plus $20 for the premium juice package.

Well see.

Their response to questions has always been great for me so far, the big thing is that they are so disorganized. They only had 3 of the almost 20 brands listed on their site and the parts in the toolbox were low quality clones. I felt I got a reasonable deal on the juice portion but the hardware was laughable. I downgraded to just premium juice and am waiting for this months box. Ship date was supposed to be "by the 1st of the month" then it was the 6th, then the 15th and " by the end of the month" I was also promised that I would have my box at least 1 week before the 1st(new billing date) finally I was promised yesterday that my box would ship today and it didn't.

First months contents. Back row is other vapemail I got that day. Juice was ok, the nimbus clone is usable but the Trident clone was garbage, the posts spin freely and the air holes didn't line up. The Vapesox I'm not sure, it looked like the premium juice packages got that so it's not really part of the equipment package.

First juice of the month, now hardware of the month?

See with juices it makes sense to try different things without knowing much about it, simply to mature your palette and or to experiment a bit. With hardware I do my research, it's not something I'd like to just flip a coin with.

I agree wholeheartedly with you where I'm currently at in my vaping repertoire! At the time though, things were starting to get stagnant for me and I was on the fence and a bit overwhelmed about jumping into the world of "RDA's/RBA's"! Vapemail always seemed to make things interesting and since I had encountered a positive experience with Vapebox, I thought it would be fun to have something to compare it to! The only downside with Vapebox was the juice selections, meh at best, completely unvapeable at worst!!

Now, a few months later, and QUITE a few juice bottles "collected", or collecting "dust" I should say.....I've cancelled ALL four of the juice subscriptions I had, and needless to say I won't be renewing with Vapemail club either! Given jeepster's comments on their experience, it doesn't look promising when and even IF it ships!

I actually DID get the first correspondence RIGHT away, asking if I had time to still make the cut off, the night of the 15th when I first saw their email in my inbox. After assuring me I had, I promptly signed up, PAID, sat back and waited, and waited, AND wait I DID!
Finally I got the correspondence about the change in billing/shipping policy and it was then that I decided to email them asking about May's box, and it was then that I was informed at THAT time, that I DIDN'T make it! I promptly emailed forwarded them our previous correspondence and was then told my box, "May's" box that is, would ship out BY the END of June.....hmmm does that even make sense? I replied that this was not acceptable, that I wanted to cancel and a refund, since they DID NOT give me the product they offered under the original terms and I was told that they could not do that. Next day, I get a shipping confirmation with a "tracking number" from them through Stamps.com which only listed as "Email notification". So, after waiting about a week from then I check the number again only to see the same thing. Contact them, and again they respond with the change in their policy, and let me know the box will ship out by the end of June and tell me this time AGAIN, that I DID NOT make the cut off.....so which is it, and why don't they have a better way for whoever's responding to the emails if I did or didn't?? If I DIDN'T, why did they take my money well over a month ago now, but NO product??

I don't know what kind of customer service or issues others have had with them or other companies but this is NOT an acceptable way to communicate or conduct business, especially with someone who paid you over a month ago almost $100, for a "PREMIUM" service!!
Changing policy would have been one thing, but they way they went about it was entirely sheisty IMO and as previously stated, communication regarding everything was confusing, non straightforward and downright in error on several occasions! I sure hope cancelling with them isn't the nightmare NOT getting the stuff I paid for has been so far.....

Good luck with anyone else looking into or already signed up for them, and HEED this thread if you're considering it! Start with Vapebox if you haven't already!

Im subscribed to both vapemail club and vape-box. I got the top tier package for both and the premium juice add on for vapemail club. I received my welcome box from vape-box earlier this month, I haven't received vapemail club box yet so well see. But vape-box wasn't bad. For $64 I received a Efest Luc v4 charger, igo-w and 5 15ml bottles of juice. I should be receiving another box from both services in the next week or so, ill be back here to give you guys review on what I got.
Ya Vapebox started the hardware club first and have been doing it since January, I'm considering trying them out but have heard some bad stories about them also.

I recieved my first box from vapemail club yesterday and i must say that i am very pleased with what i got. I got a Hades mod a 26650 efest battery with a case and 105 ml of juice.. you cant beat that. whenever i had a question regarding my box or my subscription i always called and their CS handled it very professionally and right away. I will most deff keep my subscription going. Lets see if i can say the same for vape-box. i should be getting that box any day now.

Looks like they did pretty good this month. I'm going to give them a few months to get their scheduling straight before rejoining. Once they can consistently get close to their expected ship date I will probably rejoin. Although I am a little irritated that they show 15 premium brands on their website but don't offer any of them.

all the juice i got this month was good. all 5 bottles and 105 ml. ANd atleast 3 bottles were "premium" juices the other 2 arent listed as premium nut they sure tasted just as good. They kept their word this past month and shipped out before the first like they said they would and this month coming they said they are set to be able to ship the boxes out by the 20th. so well see if they keep their word on that. but like i said i am very pleased with their service so far. my vape-box subscription shipped on the same day and i was supposed to receive it today but it never came. looks like im going to have to wait till monday after the holidays...smh
