First juice of the month, now hardware of the month?
See with juices it makes sense to try different things without knowing much about it, simply to mature your palette and or to experiment a bit. With hardware I do my research, it's not something I'd like to just flip a coin with.
I agree wholeheartedly with you where I'm currently at in my vaping repertoire! At the time though, things were starting to get stagnant for me and I was on the fence and a bit overwhelmed about jumping into the world of "RDA's/RBA's"! Vapemail always seemed to make things interesting and since I had encountered a positive experience with Vapebox, I thought it would be fun to have something to compare it to! The only downside with Vapebox was the juice selections, meh at best, completely unvapeable at worst!!
Now, a few months later, and QUITE a few juice bottles "collected", or collecting "dust" I should say.....I've cancelled ALL four of the juice subscriptions I had, and needless to say I won't be renewing with Vapemail club either! Given jeepster's comments on their experience, it doesn't look promising when and even IF it ships!
I actually DID get the first correspondence RIGHT away, asking if I had time to still make the cut off, the night of the 15th when I first saw their email in my inbox. After assuring me I had, I promptly signed up, PAID, sat back and waited, and waited, AND wait I DID!
Finally I got the correspondence about the change in billing/shipping policy and it was then that I decided to email them asking about May's box, and it was then that I was informed at THAT time, that I DIDN'T make it! I promptly emailed forwarded them our previous correspondence and was then told my box, "May's" box that is, would ship out BY the END of June.....hmmm does that even make sense? I replied that this was not acceptable, that I wanted to cancel and a refund, since they DID NOT give me the product they offered under the original terms and I was told that they could not do that. Next day, I get a shipping confirmation with a "tracking number" from them through Stamps.com which only listed as "Email notification". So, after waiting about a week from then I check the number again only to see the same thing. Contact them, and again they respond with the change in their policy, and let me know the box will ship out by the end of June and tell me this time AGAIN, that I DID NOT make the cut off.....so which is it, and why don't they have a better way for whoever's responding to the emails if I did or didn't?? If I DIDN'T, why did they take my money well over a month ago now, but NO product??
I don't know what kind of customer service or issues others have had with them or other companies but this is NOT an acceptable way to communicate or conduct business, especially with someone who paid you over a month ago almost $100, for a "PREMIUM" service!!
Changing policy would have been one thing, but they way they went about it was entirely sheisty IMO and as previously stated, communication regarding everything was confusing, non straightforward and downright in error on several occasions! I sure hope cancelling with them isn't the nightmare NOT getting the stuff I paid for has been so far.....
Good luck with anyone else looking into or already signed up for them, and HEED this thread if you're considering it! Start with Vapebox if you haven't already!
