Sigh.

Having more trouble this week than last with real cigarettes.

Last week I was down to one or two a day, this week I seem to be having just ugly cravings. Smoking five or six. Wish I could just magically go back.

I'm sorry you are struggling this week. I know how frustrating that can be. A week after I was introduced to vaping I lost someone very special to me very suddenly and without warning. That was almost 2 months ago. I picked the smokes back up, heavily, for a bit and beat myself up endlessly over it. When I finally decided to give myself a break and let it happen on its own it became easier. I still have half a pack sitting in my spot on the porch because it just makes me feel better to have it there. I hope I will never need it again but it reminds me to be a little kinder to myself when things are hard.
I hope you can find ways to be kind to yourself as well. It will come.

Awww Pri you are to sweet. I miss our chats too, but love on that little niece of yours!!! That is pure unadulterated JOY!!! They are sweethearts and it is these memories that you hold so deep in your heart as they get older. I am hoping and praying that I can go see mine over in Japan close to Christmas. I wish we were going anywhere exciting but my school is year round. We do go camping and down to the lake on the weekends. Last weekend we went to the fair and watched a demolition derby, it was a lot of fun. I have 3 nieces, I miss them so much and have been planning since last year to try to go see them in Japan. Wow it is so expensive to fly over there, but I miss there funny little faces so much!!

I am so sorry for your loss! I lost one of my best friends to cancer not too long ago and my grandmother passed last month! My friend, I expected, but I didn't expect my grandmother to pass! She was quite a strong stubborn woman! Either way, it hurts and I hope that you are healing!

Noxx, how are you doing today? I hope you are hanging in there! My husband smokes cigs and vapes, too! He just can't seem to give up the cigs. Someday he will, I hope!

I had a great visit with my orthopedic surgeon! He is willing to replace my knee once I lose some more weight! First, he is going to try and get my insurance to cover the Synvisc One injection. I also have to go through some physical therapy! I am so excited, because I really want to get off disability and work once I graduate from college! My goal is to be a paralegal!
