A couple weeks ago I stumbled across a review for Organic Kona Cream.
I must admit, I was initially drawn towards the review so that I could inject some cynicism into the whole "organic" thing. I have primarily lived in ultra left wing hippie communities most of my life, so the word "organic" to me is inextricably linked to a disingenuous lifestyle where people use commodities to feel better about themselves... an empty...baseless marketing technique aimed at self congratulatory moral and politically correctness... I think it's over-used by companies to take your money. Even McDonald's has tried using it.
in any case... I do love my health food and organic foods... it's good to put good things in your body...
The review of Kona Cream was so "glowing" that I ordered a 5 bottle sampler from Vaperite.
Kona Cream, Bananas Foster, TG's tobacco, Toffee/Waffle and Watermelon.
Without any hesitation or reservation, I give the Organic Bananas foster an 11/10.
It is %$%$ unbelievably good.
It's the thickest liquid I have ever seen... literally stringy at times...
It is complex, full of flavor and magic.
It's got even more flavorful as I turned my buzz from 3.7 towards 6v.
As for the thickness, I have the same atty I screwed on 3 weeks ago...
The Organic Kona Cream hit me the same way... extreme deliciousness. Bold taste... semi-sweet, creamy... I truly thought I had gone to wonderland.
Both of these flavors employed an undertone that I need to describe with some care...
Let me say that they lived up to my schema/archetype of "organic."
Bohemian. Like the halls of my college dorm on a Saturday night... the odors of Opium, Patchouli, vanilla candles and magic filled the air. Was I lost in a field outside a dead show looking for Jerry? or was I..... At one point, my girlfriend was like "what are you vaping?"
and I gently replied : "Come on babe... you know I don't do that...."
...and I don't do that...
Truth is, I haven't even had a drink since 1994.
In any case, I really loved this taste.
Very unique to some Vaperite juices.
...and I say some vaperite juices...
because I did have the pleasure of trying:
Organic Japanese Plum...
Which tasted just like Saki to me. (I had my share of saki before 1994).
I loved it. Not overly sweet... tastes like plum wine to me...
Watermelon and the waffle toffee were also tasty.
On my second order, I got 30mls of the Bananas Foster.
Still disappointed Kona Cream was not back in stock, I tried the Cappuccino for my third order... I also got the organic tobacco and more of TG's tobacco.
The Cappuccino was very much like the Kona Cream to me... Creamier, but that same wonderful bohemian undertone.
Along with Backwood Brew's Espresso and nHaler's Cappuccino, Vaperite's cap and kona are top notch.
TG's tobacco is Todd's own special blend. It's a bit sweet and nutty... but a predominant tobacco flavor.
One other flavor I will mention is the Organic Tobacco. Todd describes the process of how he hand crafts his organic and natural tobaccos on his website...
The organic tobacco does not taste like a burning cigarette in my opinion... It's delicious. It tastes like green tobacco leaf... If you have ever had Tasty Vapor's tobacco, you know what I mean... It is made by a similar process by soaking real fresh tobacco in PG etc etc etc - it's very good. Mild. An all day kind of vape... tastes very clean and natural. It will likely intensify if I let it sit.
So, in closing...
Vaperite has truly high-end juice.
They have three lines: Vape Juice, Natural Vape Juice and Organic Vape Juice.
Their prices are in line with other higher-end juice companies.
Customer service is very good.
Flavor is unique. Todd is doin' his own thing.
I think that in time, his Bananas Foster has the potential to emerge as legendary in our vaping world.
I am on my 4th order since trying my sampler. The Kona Cream is back in... Yum.
~and I will buy again~
So you know where I am coming from...
The companies I buy most from these days based on my flavor preferences and customer service include: Backwoods Brew, Alien Visions, Halo, nHaler and now Vaperite... I like others...
Vaperite has a $12.00 for a 5 bottle sampler.
Take the plunge.
