Sunny So Cal U.S.A.
So my 1st vape order was from Vaperite.com as I was recommended to Todd's website from a friend of mine. I ordered ego-t parts and my 1st bottle of juice. Got my order pretty freakin fast considering they're on the other side of the U.S.(I did pay a little extra for USPS Priority Mail). I was a noob and had questions immediately after I got my package. Sent an email from home and had to rush to school. By the time I parked my car and was walking to class (around 6:30 PST) I had already received a response (9:30 EST). I call that excellent customer service. All my questions were answered and my anxiety was resolved.

2nd order from Vaperite was 2 weeks later (I went a little crazy on this whole vaping thing) and placed the order on Wednesday night. After reading some ECF forum posts and a YouTube review of the BUD Atomizer, I emailed Todd to see if I could add some to my order and also change the color of the battery I ordered. Got an email early in the morning (6am PST) and he told me he could honor my request, and because he was short-handed and didn't want to go thru the back-end of the credit card system, he'll throw in the BUD Atomizers for free. I said FREE!! I know monetarily it may not cost much, but for a fickle customer like me who changes their mind easily, it meant all the world to me. He shipped it out on Thursday from Georgia, and I was surprised to see the post man drop off the box to me in California on Saturday via first class mail (not Priority Mail this time).

All in all, Todd from Vaperite is awesome. He answers my questions via email and also Facebook. He also threw in more free juice samples per order, gave me free attys when I didn't add them to my order, and his prices are competitive. There is also a 10% coupon that works if you log-in (VR10) and like I said, his prices are very competitive anyways. I won't name competitors' website, but a popular ECF recommended website sells ego attys for $16 and Vaperite sells them for $12 (+ 10% off).

I will not buy any of my vaping hardware from anybody else but Todd from Vaperite.
