I had an order from vaperite that was lost in the mail sometime in mid december. I notified Todd what had happend and without any questions he sent out the same order at no extra cost. I just got the order today. Now that is some serious customer service. Big props to to Todd at Vaperite.

So these guys are from Canada as well? I'm looking for more options for the flavourless juices and they have them as well. I just ordered from vapables recently, and hope I can get my order by Monday some time. I'd like to order from another Canadian vendor to do some comparisons on speed and quality of the juices. So how long did it take for the second re-order take for you?
