This might be the only appropriate interference with the sale of e-cigs: sales to minors.

As state and federal government try to expand their "tobacco" taxation scheme, we should ask what business the government has interfering with the sale of e-cigs at all.

Sin Taxes have always been a mainstay of our Politicians. They target the user of the product being taxed and the rest of the population is not taxed. Win Win for the Politicians. The tobacco tax and MSA were touted as a cover for the medical expenses for the sick tobacco users, but now that money is going into the general revenue.

Hear, hear. Seems we need to be asking LOUDLY, "why should it be a sin to QUIT SMOKING"???!!!! What is the real goal of those pushing taxes on e-cigs? To keep people smoking cigarettes? Are they also implementing taxes for nicotine gun, patches, and lozenges?

What are their real motive? And who gets money from tobacco and pharmaceutical industries?
