This weekend I'm gonna get out my Arkansas map and see if I can plot a central location that would suit most of us for a meet up. Now that the weather is struggling out of the cold maybe we can plan something. I like your idea Thegrindre, those members that have kids could bring them along to play outside....? Maybe? Mine are grown but some still might have young ones. What do the rest of you think?

I really don't like the idea of vaping in front of children. Other then that, sounds good to me.
My whole idea was to get us AR vapers together, just for fun to 'chew the fat', and discuss vaping.
I'm sure we'd all love to show off our PV's and tell our story.

Anyone else want to add to this?

Thanks,

I bet most kids have seen their parents smoke (and probably vape too). But if we're outside, whats the big deal? I agree that an all adult meet up would be better without some being distracted by their kids but I don't want it to keep any one away that would otherwise come. Russelville is doable for me but I'll let you all know on Sunday about what location is most central for most of us. Gotta travel tomorrow!

Dee - I would turn to Google for help. Google Maps is great for stuff like this.

Here is a quick start guide: Google Maps - Personalized "My Maps"
Google Map Help Page

Or... you could put up a Guestmap from Bravenet and let the forum members add themselves, since they know where about there town/neighborhood, etc is. (I haven't used this one before)

If you are looking for something else, let me know and I'll keep looking for the features you are looking for.

Ahhh, thegrindre, if only it were so! I am one of the ones who still smoke a couple of cigs a day. : ( When i started vaping it wasn't with the intention of quitting completely. I think if that had been my intention, I would have been able to do it. That's why my banner doesn't say "smoke free" or "tobacco free". But I DID go from 30 cigs a day, down to 2-3, and that is fine with me. Hopefully someday when I set my mind to it I'll be able to walk away from them completely!

I just got a friend to start vaping a few weeks ago and he's the same as you. Has to smoke a couple cigs a day still.
Ya know, you really gotta want to convert to be able to do it.
Me? I just knew it was right for me the very first day I tried it. Man, am I ever glad I did, too. Smokin' 2 to 3 packs a day was killin' me. Now I can vape 5 packs a day safely... and I do. LOLOL I'll vape 8 to 10 carts a day, easy.

When the day comes, it should be MUCH easier to walk away from 2-3 a day than 30.
