I ordered my mods Feb 24, It said 12 to 15 days did everybody receive there's between 12 and 15 or did it take longer and do they include weekends? Also since it's been about 2 weeks would my package still Come if I dispute the charge?

Welcome to the forums. If they are in China, it may take time to get to you. I would try and contact them first and give a little more time before doing a dispute or anything.
I have emailed them plenty of time, I've searched there Facebook page I've done everything I possibly could they never gave me a tracking number, it's been about two weeks. And they already took my money. But I'm guessing from the sounds of it you've never ordered from them so you can't help me?
The item is still in Pre-Order and they haven't received it yet to send it to you.. Same goes for other sites that sell it like fasttech.
