Vapesourcing help

On Monday the 27th, I purchased my first vape from vapesourcing and Wednesday I received an email from them with my tracking number. The problem is that it says the item cannot be found. Should I cancel and order from another/an american site? Or is this wait time normal for them.

Yes, I read about them and I know all the problems everyone had with them but I was willing to take a shot. Any sort of help will be amazing, thanks!

    I sometimes get that message too when i'm waiting for vapemail, but thing is sometimes it takes a few days before the tracking updates (fact is i've waited close to a week once before i got the tracking available) Idk about american site as well..... I'm canadian and only order from canadian websites. Personally i'd wait until monday before i start panicking,then again that's just me.

    Thanks! And I emailed their marketing guy at 9:05 and he surprisingly just responded and told me not to panic and to wait till Monday or Tuesday lol

    Can anyone help me. I ordered an Ijoy Captain about 2 weeks ago and batteries and it said the captain delivered but it was the batteries that delivered, not the Ijoy Captain and i never got a shipment email for the batteries just the captain
    I would make contact with the company you bought it from and explain the issue. Whenever I have problems with an order, that usually sorts it out.
