LOL im spent at this point :p

I feel for ya man. My source of aggrevation is the P.O. saying my house is vacant and sending my orders back to the merchants. I guess you can't empty out the 1st floor of a house to remodel anymore or your house magically becomes vacant. I have about $200 worth of supplies in limbo somewhere for the last week and a half.

Wow. Just wow.

How that even LEFT someone's possession in exchange for money is beyond my understanding.

Congratulations on an 80 dollar hunk of crap. It looks far too bulky, and even the "working" one looks abominable. CTJ is already trying to resell it no less.

Glad I missed the hype thread on this one. Sorry to hear about your predicament Amajnn.

I can tell from your actions, or lack thereof, at the 6.00 mark, nice restraint.

Don't know if I could have stopped myself from crushing it to bits at that point.

sorry for all the aggravation 'n grief it's causing you.
You have no idea how much it took i just wanted to slam that thing into the Friggin counter but then i could not send it back for a refund:glare:

amajn, I'm so sorry this has happened to you and I agree that is crappy and just plain wrong. I also think the seller had a lot of story changes and excuses about all sorts of things long before this came up. That so called mod and his practices are not acceptable.

If you paid through PayPal you need to immediately file a not as described claim and get your money back. If his account is frozen it is most likely due to too many claims and they freeze the account to make sure there is money in there to pay back the claims. You need to get your claim in before there is no money left in there to get back. I've been using PayPal to take payments for my business for 9 years and they do not freeze accounts lightly. Don't wait for him to give you a refund, file a claim and get back what is rightfully yours to get back.

I really hope this works out for you. If it was me I would not be near as nice and calm as you are. You are handling this very well considering the frustration you must be going through.

I still don't get the whole clear bit. Makes it look like a homemade remote switch made from some crappy kids toy. That's just me though, I don't like fisher price.

I'd have been ...... had I spent money on that regardless of whether it came in working or not. It just LOOKS cheap as dirt and half-assed beyond belief. I break out my Chuck in public wherever I go without even thinking twice about what people see... I wouldn't even want to leave the house with that thing.

To top all that negativity off, you, personally, get a superbly half-... version that looks like a 12 year old's first time shop project that he rigged together in 20 minutes of rushing before school started that day. Absolutely no excuse this early in, with only, according to the shipping/process info on the site, 32 total models? (nowhere near that even started/shipped). If there were 320 models being shipped in one day... maybe as a newbie mistake. 3200 models, more plausible, but 32? Maybe there's more, but I don't see it. Inexcusable, completely and totally.

In this day of mods that are becoming more and more aesthetically pleasing oriented units, this "zilla" is definitely a dinosaur in my opinion.

Whether he's new to business practices or whatnot, it's still not an excuse when you have dissatisfied customers. Bad customer service and poor business sense will kill any fledgling operation, no matter what they sell. The most important link to keeping a solid business, is keeping the people who keep you in business happy.
