* UPDATE *
I am doing it right! haha, I would say that the reason I was getting to harsh of a throat hit and not much vapor was due to the nicotine strength @24mg, and 100% PV juice. After a couple day I knew that the nicotine level was too high because i would constantly get that nicotine buzz every time I vapped and would be wired all day long, and on my second night I could not fall asleep for the life of me!
Since then I ordered an 18mg nicotine strength juice with 90/10 PG/VG and it is much better and easier on the throat. I also think that it takes a little time for your throat to get used to the vapor as well. Now the search is on to find some good juice and then down the line I want to get a 5volt set up to try out.
Happy Vapping to everyone! It's been almost a week since my last analog and I have not even come close to wanting another one.

Agreed with what I've seen so far - I didn't read every single post though, sorry. It definitely sounds like you're doing it right... Easiest cure for harsh TH is adding VG to your mix and lowering nic (which is usually the culprit!). PG lets through flavors beautifully, but it is definitely drying on the throat. Trying a more mellow flavor can help also. If you're into the tobacco flavors right now, may I suggest V4L's WOWbacco and/or WOWboy. I don't know their exact PG/VG mix so if it is still a bit harsh on a lower nic level, VG can be found in most stores. And as always, stat hydrated. ;) Vape on, friend!
