Am I the only one getting bad indigestion sometimes after vaping?

I notice it is worse if I vape in a horizontal position.

I have had that at times but goes away. I think if I get juice in my mouth at all it facilitates the onset of indigestion also.
Think it might be flavorings at the root but cant say for sure.

I've read several posters on this site say they had the same problem, actually. One also pm'd me about it.

No point going to the doctors as it only occurs after vaping.

It does seem to be primarilly dekang menthol that sets it off when used in the ego-t set up but not in the xl carto.

I prefer the loose draw on the cartos and perhaps I have to draw too hard on the tanks and inhale more air because i burp for hours after using it these days.

guess i should just stick to the cartos

If by "indigestion" you mean "heartburn" or hiccuping or light-headed queasiness, those are all symptoms of a temporary overdose of nicotine. It can happen when you are vaping too strong a juice, too much vaping for too long a period, or from swallowing juice that got in your mouth, or all the above. It's harmless. One good remedy for temporary nicotine overdose, besides putting the PV down for a half hour, is sugar. A sugar cube or a teaspoon of sugar held in the mouth and allowed to dwell under the tongue gets it into your system the fastest. I usually just take a candy break. Pop a peppermint lozenge or something similar in my mouth or eat some chocolate.

I think swallowing the juice is the main cause of this for me. Or chain vaping a strong juice. Keep in mind you can also get lots of nicotine in your system by getting the juice on your hands and not washing it off. You can then spread it to other parts of your body -- it's like wearing a nicotine patch, but maybe stronger.

It's not uncommon:

My heartburn got a lot worse right after I started vaping. It seems to have settled a bit again, though. As for it being worse when horizontal: That is true of all heartburn/acid reflux. The problem is stomach acid escaping the stomach and coming up your esophagus. If you are lying down, you make that process easier than if it has to work against gravity, as it does when you are sitting up.

Though why ECF insists on stripping out half my URLs so they don't work, even when I use the correct UBB code, no one knows. Ugh.

I think there is a master list of permitted and banned URLs, because I just tested a small URL from a non-related website and ECF did the same to it as it did to yours -- with some, but not all of them. I put in my work URL and it accepted it. I put in the one for ....... dot com and it did the "......" thing to it, like it did with yours above.

EDIT: Very interesting! In the place where you see ....... before the words dot com, it did the same as it did when I typed in the whole URL!! It didn't even allow the word, and it's a totally non-offensive word and a useful website! Tiny URL?

I usually don't have that problem. I've used this method, which is to highlight the link word(s) and then click the "link" icon above the text to enter the full URL.

And I've used this method: http://e-cigarette-forum.com with success, with or without the http:// and they work fine too.

Then there's the method of highlighting a URL from the Address box in another browser window and pasting it here: Cignot your Midwest Electronic Cigarette store.

Sometimes that last method will print the page title of the webpage, and sometimes the whole URL... but only if it's not on the banned list, I guess.
